Matt Williams
President / Project Manager
Matt founded Williams Historic Restoration Inc. in 1998 and has had multiple generations of experience in working construction with his father, grandfather and Uncle Jeff. The face of the company, Matt is the first guy clients will meet most of the time. While he does get hands on with renovation, he runs the public relations and sales side of the business and oversees all of the projects. Matt says his team’s top goals are quality, accuracy to original home detail and clear client communication, all of which he hopes will ensure the word-of-mouth advertising that Williams relies on. “When the customers tell their friends - that’s our reward.”
Abraham Mione
Roofing Project Manager
Abraham has been the roofing manager for Williams Historic Restoration Inc. for eight years. Out on every project, he reassures homeowners about specifics while working with and overseeing a roofing crew that can range from him and one helper up to 10 men. Mione has worked on many projects around the metro Detroit area all the way to the tip of the thumb, but experience isn’t the only thing he believes Williams offers its clients. “WHR Inc. goes above and beyond to ensure its product is top of the line.”
Jeff Zielinski
General Project Manager
Uncle Jeff was bringing little Matt out on his construction projects years ago, but before that Jeff was learning the trade from his father and grandfather from the age of 12, making Williams Historic Restoration Inc. a true family business. Jeff loves that this job allows him to be creative and always challenges him, but at the end of the day, the clients are what make his job worthwhile. “When you can look at a project and have a good feeling, sleep well at night and the client is happy then that is really all the reward you need. We are driven to do that on every project we do.”
